After many, many weeks (months even!) of waiting, Maisie's first day of school finally came. She was so beyond excited! The whole walk to school she was giddy, telling anyone who would listen where she was headed and how it made her feel (SO HAPPY!!).
For her first day of school we decided on a black t-shirt (always practical) with her favorite sweater and brand new skirt and shoes. She loves the skirt because it has pockets and the shoes because she gets to wear socks with them! I love the whole ensemble and would totally wear it if these pieces were adult sized!! Sigh, if only.
Did I mention the pockets?! The stretchy, squishy pockets?! So much fun!!
